How to use an aroma diffuser to diffuse essential oils

　　Spreading essential oil is a great way to improve the aroma of any room. There are several different types of oil diffusers, but they are all equally easy to use. Below are the tips.

　　First, Be careful not to exceed the maximum water level when adding water, use the correct amount of oil, and keep paying attention to it.

　　Second, Place your diffuser in the middle of the room. The oil diffuser will release a fine mist of water to diffuse the oil in your room. Place your diffuser close to the center of the room of your choice, so that the oil is evenly distributed around the space. Keep it on a flat surface to prevent anything from spilling or falling over while your diffuser is running. Place a towel under the diffuser and grab any excess water when the diffuser is running. If the towel is still dry after the first few uses, then it may not be needed.

　　Third, Open the top of the diffuser. Although it may be slightly different for different types of oil diffusers, most will have a top casing that can be lifted to show the reservoir. Try to spin, pop, or even just lift the top of your diffuser, open it, and enter the internal water tank. 　　Fourth, Some essential diffusers may have two tops that need to be removed to access the reservoir. One is usually decorative, while the other is used to retain excess water. If you remove the top of the diffuser and you see another casing instead of a fuel tank, also remove this inner casing.

　　Fifth, Pour room temperature water into the aromatherapy diffuser. Pour water at room temperature or below body temperature into a small measuring cup or glass. Carefully pour water into the reservoir or internal tank of your diffuser. Check the inside of the tank for wires or markings to indicate how much water you should pour into the tank. Instead of a line or mark, some diffusers may be combined with a measuring jug to hold the correct amount of water for the reservoir. Fill this with water and pour it into the water tank.

　　Sixth, Put 3 to 10 drops of essential oil in the sprayer. Unscrew the cap of the essential oil of your choice and tilt it directly onto the reservoir. You may need to shake it gently, but the oil droplets should start to fall into the water. Let about 6 to 7 drops of liquid drip into the bottle, and then replace the cap. You can mix different kinds of essential oils, but you can only drop a maximum of 10 drops in the sprayer. Put a few drops on each type of oil so that when you turn on the sprayer, there will be no strong fragrance.

　　Seventh, Record how many drops of oil you use for each operation, so you can better understand how much you need. For smaller rooms, you may only need 3 or 4 drops. Reduce the amount of oil used at first, and then increase the amount of oil used until you are satisfied with the aroma of the oil.

　　Finally, Replace the diffuser on the top and open it. Put the lid or casing of the diffuser back on the reservoir, making sure it is in place. Turn on the diffuser on the wall and use the button or switch on the front of the diffuser to let it start running. Some diffusers may have multiple settings or lights that you can use to adjust their operation.
