Some knowledge of DC brushless fans

　　According to the right principle of ampere, when a conductor passes current, a magnetic field is generated around it. If the conductor is placed in another fixed magnetic field, it will produce an attracting resistance effect and cause the object to move. In a pre-filled magnetic rubber permanent magnet ring (DC fan rotor), the number of magnetic pole pairs corresponding to the permanent fixation is filled with the number of magnetic pole pairs (N, S, N~) of the silicon steel sheet.

　　The rotor (fan blade) is wound on the silicon steel sheet on its axis and around the silicon steel sheet. The Hall sensor element is used as a synchronous detection device to control a set of circuits that make the two sets of coils on the silicon steel sheet work alternately. In this way, the different magnetic poles on the outer surface of the silicon steel sheet (N, S, N, N, S~) make it attract each other with the rubber magnet. If the repulsive force is greater than the static friction of the fan, the rotor (fan blade) will rotate naturally. Due to the synchronization signal provided by the Hall sensor device, the fan blade can continue to work, and its running direction can be determined by Fleming's right-hand rule.

　　The energy conversion of the fan: electric energy→electromagnetic energy→mechanical energy (kinetic energy)→heat energy.

　　What is a DC brushless fan (hereinafter referred to as DC fan)

　　The traditional DC motor must be equipped with brushes and commutator (commutator) to provide switching of current in different directions, and the generated thrust enables the motor to run continuously.

　　The DC brushless fan uses the voltage as the DC voltage, so a fixed electronic switch (such as a Hall sensor IC) is used to replace the brush to perform current conversion and make the rotor continue to work. The control is called "DC brushless fan.’’
