　　Check faults: (1) the high and low pressure is too low, and the pipeline is oil-free, because the refrigerant is insufficient; (2) the high and low pressure is too low, and leakage is found; (3) The high and low pressure is too high, and the return pipe has condensation phenomenon, which is the reason of too much refrigerant; (4) The valve on the pipeline fails to act according to the provisions; (5) the pipe is half blocked, and there is a significant temperature difference before and after the plug; (6) The system cycle refrigeration frequently starts and stops, and the hot towel is wrapped at the capillary outlet, and the refrigeration is normal. It is judged that the ice block leakage occurs at the capillary; (7) leakage of evaporator or condenser; (8) Compressor compression is poor (exhaust pressure is very low).

　　Maintenance methods: (1) Add refrigerant to the prescribed quantity; (2) After leak repair, leak detection and vacuum extraction, add the amount of refrigerant in line with the requirements; (3) Discharge appropriate amount of refrigerant; (4) Repair or replace faulty valve parts; (5) Repair or replace piping; (6) Release the refrigerant, blow out the gas in the pipe with 0.3MPa nitrogen, and then vacuum, inject the prescribed amount of refrigerant; (7) Repair or replace the evaporator or condenser of the same model and specification; (8) Repair or replace the compressor of the same model.
