　　What are the ways to reduce dust?

　　1. Reduce temperature and humidity.

　　Dust mites prefer warm, humid conditions above 70°F (21°C) and 50 percent humidity.

　　Temperature: Keep the thermostat in the room below 21 degrees Celsius.

　　Humidity: Effective control of mites requires maintaining relative humidity below 50%. According to relevant research, drying the sheets can greatly reduce the number of mites. Of course, in winter everyone may use an air humidifier. As long as the humidity is controlled at about 40%, it is still feasible.

　　2. Weekly cleaning

　　Change pillowcases, sheets, and blankets weekly, and vacuum around bed bases and mattresses. Clean floors: Use a damp mop or rag to remove dust. Don't use a dry cloth or broom, as this just stirs up the mite allergen.

　　3. Wash all bedding frequently.
