Working principle of humidifier for air conditioning units.humidifier diffuser wholesaler

JS-SM membrane humidifier is a water dispenser that delivers water from a water tank to the top of the humidifier. The water is evenly distributed to the top of the membrane, ensuring that the water is evenly distributed to the membrane material. Under the action of gravity, the water penetrates downwards along the membrane material, wetting all layers inside the membrane and being absorbed by the membrane material to form a uniform water film. When dry air passes through the membrane material, there is a large area of contact between the dry air and the wet surface of the membrane, Water fully absorbs the heat of the air and vaporizes, thereby achieving the purpose of humidifying the air. During this humidification process, the humidity of the air increases and the temperature decreases, but the enthalpy value of the air remains unchanged.

The air conditioning unit is equipped with a humidifier with high humidifying efficiency, recyclable water resources, no secondary pollution, convenient installation and operation, which can reduce the heat load of the air conditioning. It can be used multiple times in summer, and can also play a cooling role in addition to humidification. The power consumption is only 2% of the traditional, and the saturation rate is ≥ 90%. It is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly industrial humidifier
